Full Circle Photography & Design has been serving the Philadelphia area since 2003. Over the years, I’ve built lasting relationships with my clients, many of whom I’ve had the joy of photographing through multiple stages of life - from weddings to growing families.

My name is Colleen Joy, and I believe photography is about more than just images. The experience matters. I work closely with each client to create a comfortable, meaningful process, because the connection we build is reflected in the final photographs. One of the greatest privileges of my work is being invited into people’s lives to capture moments that matter most.

I photograph weddings, families, maternity sessions, and professional portraits throughout Philadelphia and the surrounding suburbs. Sessions can take place at meaningful locations, including iconic spots like City Hall, Love Park, and the Philadelphia Museum of Art.
